Installation note:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads using clockwise winding.
Tighten to 12-15 N·m torque using two wrenches (counter-hold female end).
Pressure test at 1.25× system pressure after installation.
Not compatible with:
- Hydraulic fluids (use X-EPGH series instead)
- Oxygen-rich environments above 40% concentration
- Continuous thermal cycling applications
