Installation protocol:
Torque mounting screws to 0.5N·m max. Apply silicone-free lubricant
to sealing surfaces during assembly. Maintain 0.2mm minimum gap
between stacked units for thermal expansion. Use M4x8 stainless
steel screws for multi-manifold connections.
