Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤1.2N·m).
Maintain 15mm clearance around exhaust ports. Lubricate sliding surfaces with ISO VG32
pneumatic oil during maintenance. Not suitable for vacuum applications.
