Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with actuator ports downward. Use M5 mounting screws with 0.6-0.8Nm torque.
Maintain 0.5-1.0mm clearance between manifold surfaces. Pre-charge system with dry air
(pressure dew point -20℃) before initial activation.
