Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M4 mounting screws (torque ≤0.8N·m).
Maintain minimum 20mm clearance around exhaust ports. Perform monthly
lubrication via air line lubricator (ISO VG32 oil recommended).
Critical note:
Do NOT use with oxygen or combustible gases. Maximum allowable
switching frequency: 5Hz continuous operation. Always install
downstream pressure regulator when used with vacuum systems.
