Installation guidelines:
Use 5μm filtration (40μm for exhaust port). Maintain ambient temperature below 60℃.
For horizontal mounting, ensure exhaust port faces downward. Lubricate with ISO VG32
turbine oil if pneumatic system operates below 0.3 MPa. Replace seals every 18 months
under continuous operation.
