Installation guidelines:
Mount in any orientation except coil-down position. Maintain minimum 20mm clearance around coils for heat dissipation. Use copper-free lubricants if needed. For parallel manifold installation, apply 0.49-0.98Nm torque on mounting screws.
Critical note:
Always install downstream pressure regulator and 5μm filter. Avoid rapid cycling (>5Hz) without proper heat sink. Not suitable for explosive atmospheres (non-Ex version).
