Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with manifold brackets (M4×12 screws). Maintain minimum 15mm clearance below exhaust ports for airflow.
Use locknuts with 1.2-1.5Nm torque. Lubricate seals with ISO VG32-grade pneumatic oil during maintenance.
Critical note:
Avoid rapid pressure fluctuations above 0.8MPa/sec. Install pressure regulators upstream for systems with
variable compressor outputs. Not suitable for vacuum applications.
