Installation protocol:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M4×12mm screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
For horizontal mounting, install exhaust port downward. Lubricate seals with
ISO VG32 oil if used below -5℃. Allow 15-minute burn-in period under 0.3MPa
before full operation.
