The AirTAC Airtac 3V1 Solenoid Valve 3V106EI19F is a genuine 3-port 2-position (3/2) solenoid valve with 1/8 in ports. It either feeds its outlet or vents it to exhaust, which is what makes it the valve for single-acting cylinders, on/off air blow, clamping, vacuum switching and pilot duty.
Nineteen 3/2 valves in one row: the 3V106EI19F mounts the full near-maximum station count of the 3V1 family on a single PT1/8 manifold, each valve direct-acting with a single AC24V solenoid and spring return. Every station feeds or vents its own line, so one assembly can run clamps, gates, blow-off and pilot circuits together.
Because each coil carries lead-out wires rather than a DIN socket, the harness is built without plugs - useful for long cable runs across a machine - and every coil is still sealed to IP65 (DIN 40050).

Figures follow the official AirTAC 3V1 catalogue. Confirm coil voltage and thread (PT / NPT / G) against the product label before wiring.
| 3V1 | Body — sets the flow, the coil power and whether vacuum is rated. |
|---|---|
| 1/8 in | Port size. M5, 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in. |
| AC24V | Coil voltage. A = AC220V, B = DC24V, C = AC110V, E = AC24V, F = DC12V. |
| I | Electrical entry: I = flying lead, otherwise a DIN plug. |
| 19F | 19 stations in one assembly. |
| PT | Port thread. PT ships from stock; G and NPT are available to order. |
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Nineteen individually switched valves fire blowing nozzles in sequence, all fed from one manifold connection.
Each grip cylinder on a multi-head assembly gets its own spring-return valve on the shared base, venting safely at every power-off.
Long lines of stoppers and deflectors each get a valve station, so the control cabinet needs only one valve footprint per row.
A 19-station assembly replaces roughly nineteen separate valves and their fittings with one base, cutting panel space dramatically; 3V1 accepts up to 20 stations in series. No Cv is published for the body, so confirm flow-critical duties with us, or move up to 3V2 (Cv 0.18-0.19, 1/8in or 1/4in, NC or NO selectable, vacuum capable) or 3V3 (1/4in, Cv 0.62). 3V2M is the alternative when manifold density outranks flow.
Lock down five choices before ordering: 1/8in port, PT thread (G or NPT available to order), AC24V voltage, flying-lead entry, and the 19F station count. Double-acting cylinders belong on the AirTAC 4V 5-port series, not on a 3/2.

Pressure 0-0.8 MPa (0-114 psi); temperature -20 to 70 C; AC24V coils at 5.0 VA each (AC220V/AC110V 4.5 VA, DC24V 3.0 W, DC12V 2.5 W); IP65 to DIN 40050; medium is air filtered to 40 um or finer with no lubrication required; manual override fitted per valve. No Cv or effective-area figure is published for 3V1.
One PT1/8 base serves all nineteen valves, and each AC24V coil is pre-wired with lead-out wires, so a single cable loom replaces nineteen plugs and patch cords. Every station still switches independently for single-acting cylinders, blow or pilot duty; a double-acting cylinder instead needs the 5-port AirTAC 4V series.
