About the Airtac 3V2M Solenoid Valve 3V2MNCC-13F
The 3V2MNCC-13F arrives as a finished assembly: thirteen NC 3/2 valve bodies on one dedicated 3V2M base, AC110V DIN-plug coils, centralised exhaust and PT1/8 ports. Each valve is direct-acting with spring return and a coaxial poppet that seals cleanly; the outlet stays vented until its coil is energised, so every point is dead at power-off. Manual overrides on each body help during commissioning.
Because supply and wiring are shared through the base, installation shrinks to one air feed and one wiring run. Budget the coil load: thirteen coils at 7 VA each mean up to 91 VA drawn if every station is energised at once, and each coil carries IP65 protection. Flow is Cv 0.1 per station - the price of routing air through the base. The NC state is fixed at manufacture; it cannot be converted afterwards.

What a 3/2 Valve Does
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
