Installation Guidelines:
- Mount in vibration-controlled environments (max. 10-55Hz at 1.5mm amplitude)
- Use M5 mounting screws with 0.49-0.59N·m torque

Maintenance Cycle: Replace seals every 10 million cycles (or 2 years) under normal conditions. Use AirTAC VG-008 grease for lubrication during reassembly.
