Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with coil facing upward. Use flexible tubing for vibration isolation.
Maintain minimum 20mm clearance around valve body for heat dissipation.
For continuous operation, install auxiliary cooling when ambient temperature exceeds 50℃.
Critical note:
Do NOT use with oxidizing gases. Maximum allowable pressure differential:
0.8MPa when switching. Always install downstream pressure regulator
for vacuum applications.
