Installation guidelines:
Maintain minimum 30cm distance from high-frequency equipment. Use M3 mounting screws with 0.4-0.6Nm torque.
For horizontal mounting, install exhaust silencers vertically downward. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil if
operating below 0℃. Replace seals every 5 million cycles in high-humidity environments.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm precision filter with automatic drain. Never apply pressure during electrical connection
maintenance. Allow 15-second cool-down between rapid cycling operations exceeding 10Hz.
