Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤1.2N·m).
Maintain 20mm clearance below valve for manifold servicing. Use ISO 8573-1
Class 3 compressed air with lubricant particle size ≤5μm. For horizontal piping,
install drain separator upstream.
Critical note:
Do not energize coils for >30s without airflow. When using AC voltage,
ensure power supply fluctuation stays within ±10% of rated voltage.
