Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free position using M5 mounting screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
Use 5μm filtered air with lubricator (ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 4.4.3).
For horizontal mounting, install exhaust silencers to prevent debris ingress.
