Installation guidelines:
Maintain ≤0.5mm manifold surface flatness during mounting. Use torque-controlled tools (1.5N·m max) for manifold screws. Allow ≥15mm clearance below valve for tubing access. Perform monthly blow-down of exhaust ports in high-cycle applications.
