Installation note:
Use M5x0.8 mounting screws with 0.6-0.8Nm torque. Maintain 50mm clearance below manifold for maintenance. Requires ISO VG32 or equivalent pneumatic oil lubrication for extended service life.
Critical parameters:
Maximum permissible backpressure 0.1MPa. Do NOT use with silicone-based lubricants. Minimum holding time between switching: 0.5 seconds.
