Installation protocol:
Mount manifold on flat surface with max 0.1mm/m flatness.
Use torque ≤1.5N·m for manifold screws. Allow 50mm clearance
below valve for tubing routing. Perform pneumatic test at
0.3MPa before electrical activation.
