Installation protocol:
Apply 0.1-0.2Nm torque on manifold mounting screws. Maintain ambient temperature
below 60℃ with 30mm clearance between valve stacks. Use AirTAC VG68 pneumatic oil
for lubrication. Perform monthly manual override tests.
