Installation protocol:
Maximum stack height 8 valves (with end plate reinforcement). Maintain 0.5-1mm gap between modules during torque application (3.5N·m max). Use conductive grease (Ω≤1kΩ) on manifold surfaces for ESD protection in cleanrooms.
Critical note:
Requires minimum 2-second dwell time between power cycles. Always install downstream pressure regulator within 300mm of valve inlet. Avoid axial manifold mounting - side mounting bracket (PN: MB-6HV) mandatory for vibration >2G environments.
