Installation note:
Manifold base must be securely mounted with M5 screws (torque ≤1.2N·m).
Maintain horizontal installation (±5° tolerance). Allow 15mm clearance
above valve for heat dissipation. Use surge suppressor for DC models.
Maintenance alert:
Replace seals every 5 million cycles (NBR) or 3 million cycles (FKM)
under continuous operation. Lubricate air supply with ISO VG32 oil mist
(1 drop/m³) if used in dry conditions.
