Installation note:
Use M5 mounting screws with 0.6-0.8Nm torque for manifold assembly.
Maintain 0.5mm alignment tolerance during valve stacking. Apply silicone-free
lubricant (ISO VG32 equivalent) for optimal seal performance.
Critical parameters:
Maximum permissible backpressure at exhaust ports: 10% of inlet pressure.
Do not exceed 1 million cycles without maintenance inspection.
Install downstream pressure regulator when using vacuum applications.
