Installation Guidelines:
Maximum manifold stacking: 12 valves. Use M5×16 mounting screws with 0.8-1.2Nm torque.
Maintain ambient humidity <85% RH. For vertical mounting, install exhaust silencers upward.
Critical Note:
Do NOT use with oxygen/media containing acids. Cycle frequency ≤5Hz.
Allow 30-second cooldown after 10,000 continuous operations.
