Installation note:
For vertical mounting (preferred), ensure exhaust ports face downward. Use M5 mounting screws with 0.49–0.69N·m torque.
Allow 15mm clearance below valve for exhaust flow dissipation. Lubrication not required for initial operation.
Critical notice:
Do not apply silicone-containing lubricants. Maximum allowable momentary pressure spike: 1.2MPa.
For vacuum applications, use model variant with vacuum-rated seals.
