Installation requirements:
Maintain horizontal mounting orientation (±15° tolerance) with vibration damping pads.
Requires minimum 100mm clearance below for service access. Use M3.5 torque-limited screws
(0.8-1.2N·m) for manifold mounting. Pre-charge system with 0.05MPa pressure before activation.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. For vacuum applications,
always use with AirTAC VG-07 vacuum generator kit to prevent seal deformation.
