Installation guidelines:
Mount on vibration-isolated surfaces using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤1.2N·m).
Maintain 15° maximum angular deviation from vertical axis.
Use 5-7μm filtration with automatic drain for compressed air.
Critical note:
Requires 100mm minimum straight piping upstream for stable flow characteristics.
Do not apply silicone-based lubricants - compatible only with phosphate ester oils.
