Installation guidelines:
Mount with M5 screws (4 places) using 0.8-1.2Nm torque. Maintain
≥15mm clearance below valve for coil replacement. Use thread sealant
compatible with FKM seals. Purge lines before initial activation.
Critical note:
Avoid rapid pressure fluctuations above 0.8 MPa/sec. For vacuum
applications, install downstream filter (5μm absolute) to prevent
seal abrasion from particulate backflow.
