About the Airtac ACE Compact Cylinder ACE32X25
This AirTAC ACE32X25 is a double acting compact cylinder built to ISO 21287, with a hard-anodized aluminium body that is about 50% shorter than an ISO 15552 profile cylinder. At 0.5 MPa it delivers 402.1 N of push force, so it handles light assembly pushes in tight spaces where a full-length cylinder will not fit.
A fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs impact, and the S45C hard-chrome rod resists wear. For real work at 0.5 MPa, plan for about 241 N of usable load, which is roughly 24.6 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 safety margin. The optional -S magnet is not fitted here, so no CMSE or DMSE sensor can be mounted without ordering that code.

Only if you order the -S option, which adds a built-in magnet. Without the -S code, this ACE32X25 has no magnet, so CMSE or DMSE reed or solid-state switches cannot be mounted. The cylinder itself is ISO 21287 compact with a fixed TPU bumper at both ends, not an adjustable cushion.
