About the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP32X110S
Double acting on both strokes, the ACP32X110S pairs a 32 mm bore with a 110 mm stroke in AirTAC's DIN-standard short-body format. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 402.1 N and pulls 345.6 N; at 0.7 MPa those rise to 563 N and 483.8 N, with a theoretical ceiling of 82 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The -S code means the magnet is fitted, so CMSE or DMSE reed and solid-state switches can be clipped on for end-of-stroke signalling without any extra machining.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome rod keeps the mounting length roughly 50% shorter than an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why this size slots into tight jig plates and guarding where a full-length body will not fit. A fixed TPU bumper sits at each end. For planning, treat about 240 N (roughly 24 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 margin) as the usable working force at 0.5 MPa rather than the full 402.1 N rating.
