The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X110-100SB is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X110-100SB (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACPJ12X110-100SB is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke, discontinued by AirTAC and now succeeded by the ACEJ12X110 in the same bore, stroke and force class. Its 12 mm bore delivers 56.5 N push and 42.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa (79.2 N push at 0.7 MPa), with a theoretical ceiling of 11.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The -100 code sets a 100 mm adjustment window: a stop screw trims the 110 mm stroke down on site, giving a usable range of 10-110 mm. The 110 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm standard maximum for this bore, so it is a made-to-order build. The B code specifies a male rod thread (6 mm rod), and the S code fits the optional magnet so CMSE / DMSE switches can be mounted.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits tight jigs and guarded stations. A hard-anodized aluminium body carries an S45C hard-chrome rod, with a fixed TPU bumper at both ends. For sizing, treat roughly 0.6 of the push force as usable work at 0.5 MPa, about 34 N, which corresponds to lifting roughly 1.7 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. Operating range is 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), speed 30-500 mm/s, temperature -20 to +70 C, air filtered to 40 um. Before swapping to the ACEJ12X110, confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions, since the ACP was built to a DIN standard.

Keep in mind the stop screw is a mechanical end stop for the extend stroke, not a mid-stroke lock, so the piston still drifts if air is lost. This model carries the optional -S magnet for CMSE / DMSE switches and a male rod thread; FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings bolt to the standard face. The ACPJ is discontinued, so order the ACEJ12X110 as the current drop-in and verify ISO 21287 mounting dimensions first.
