The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X110-10S is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X110-10S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting and adjustable in stroke, the ACPJ12X110-10S is a discontinued DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 12 mm bore and a 110 mm made-to-order stroke. An external stop screw trims the extend stroke by up to 10 mm, giving a usable range of 100-110 mm, and a fixed TPU bumper sits at each end. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 79.2 N. Plan on roughly 34 N (about 3 kg of vertical lift) as the practical working force, keeping a margin below the rating.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with S45C hard-chrome rod saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight fixtures and guarding. The -S code on this model means the magnet is fitted, so CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be mounted directly. This model is discontinued: the current-production drop-in is the ISO 21287 ACEJ12X110 in the same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard.

At 12 mm bore this is the smallest force class in the family: 56.5 N push at 0.5 MPa versus 100.5 N for a 16 mm bore and 157.1 N for a 20 mm bore, so step up a size if your part weight or friction load approaches 3 kg equivalent. The 110 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm maximum standard stroke for bore 12, so it is built to order. The female M3x0.5 rod thread suits I/Y knuckles, and FA flange or LB foot mounts bolt to the face. Because the stop screw only limits the extend stroke and is not a mid-stroke lock, the rod will drift if air is lost - do not use it to hold a load. For new designs, specify the ACEJ12X110 instead.

This model carries the optional -S magnet, so CMSE reed or DMSE solid-state switches can be clamped to the body for end-of-stroke sensing; models ordered without -S have no magnet at all. The ACPJ family is discontinued - the current-production replacement is the ISO 21287 ACEJ12X110, a drop-in in the same bore, stroke and force class. Confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, because the ACP is DIN-standard.
