The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X110-30S is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X110-30S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
This ACPJ12X110-30S is a double acting, adjustable-stroke compact cylinder with a 12 mm bore and a made-to-order 110 mm stroke. Air drives the rod out and pulls it back, and the -30 code gives a 30 mm stop-screw window, so the extend stroke can be trimmed anywhere between 80 and 110 mm on site. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa those figures rise to 79.2 N and 59.4 N, with a theoretical peak of 11.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. A practical rule of thumb: plan on roughly 34 N of real work (about 0.6 of the push rating), which lifts around 3 kg vertically with margin to spare.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into slim fixtures where a full-length body will not reach. The hard-anodized aluminium body carries an S45C hard-chrome rod, fixed TPU bumpers sit at both ends, and the fitted -S magnet accepts CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches.
