A discontinued double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke, the ACPJ12X110-40SB runs on a 12 mm bore and delivers 56.5 N push and 42.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa (79.2 N push at 0.7 MPa). The -40 code gives a 40 mm adjustment window, so a stop screw trims the extend stroke anywhere in a 70-110 mm range on site. The 110 mm stroke is beyond the 50 mm maximum standard stroke for this bore, so it is a made-to-order build. This model carries the optional -S magnet, so CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be mounted directly on the body.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits cramped jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot fit. A hard-anodized aluminium body carries an S45C hard-chrome 6 mm rod with a male thread (B code), and fixed TPU bumpers sit at both ends. For sizing, expect roughly 34 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa, which lifts about 2.9 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
