The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X110-50 is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X110-50 (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting and adjustable, the ACPJ12X110-50 is a discontinued DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 12 mm bore and a made-to-order 110 mm stroke (above the 50 mm standard maximum for this bore). A stop screw trims the extend stroke anywhere in the ordered 50 mm window, so the working range is 60-110 mm. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; a practical rule of thumb is to plan for roughly 34 N (about 3 kg of vertical lift) of real work, leaving margin on the rating.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome rod saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits cramped jigs and guarding. Air ports are M5x0.8, the rod end is female M3x0.5, and a fixed TPU bumper sits at both ends. Since this model is discontinued, order the current ACEJ12X110 instead and confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.
