The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X110-75 is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 110mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X110-75 (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACPJ12X110-75 is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: the -75 code gives a 75 mm stop-screw window, so the 110 mm stroke can be trimmed anywhere in a 35-110 mm range on site. The 12 mm bore delivers 56.5 N push and 42.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa (79.2 / 59.4 N at 0.7 MPa, 11.5 kgf theoretical maximum at 1.0 MPa). Note that 110 mm is beyond the 50 mm maximum standard stroke for this bore, so this unit is a made-to-order build.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits slim slides and guarded stations. In practice, plan on about 34 N (roughly 60% of the push rating) for real work at 0.5 MPa, which lifts about 2.9 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. This model carries no magnet because the -S code was not ordered; order ACPJ12X110-75S if CMSE / DMSE switches are needed later. The ACPJ family is discontinued, and the current-production replacement is ACEJ12X110 in the same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard.

Bore 12 mm is the smallest in the range, so if 56.5 N of push at 0.5 MPa is marginal for the load, step up to bore 16 mm (100.5 N push / 75.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa) or bore 20 mm (157.1 N / 117.8 N). The stop screw only shortens the extend stroke and is not a mid-stroke lock: on air loss the piston still drifts, so do not use it to hold a load. Mounting is FA/FB flange or LB foot on the standard face, and the optional -S magnet enables CMSE / DMSE switch position feedback. For new projects, specify the ACEJ12X110, the current drop-in successor.
