The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X120-10SB is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 120mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X120-10SB (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
A double acting, adjustable-stroke compact cylinder, the ACPJ12X120-10SB pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N at 0.5 MPa (79.2 / 59.4 N at 0.7 MPa) from a 12 mm bore. The -10 code gives a 10 mm trim window: a stop screw shortens the 120 mm extend stroke on site, so the working range is 110-120 mm. This 120 mm stroke is above the 50 mm standard limit for bore 12, so it is a made-to-order build.
