This discontinued ACPJ12X125-100SB is a double acting compact cylinder with a 100 mm adjustable-stroke window: a stop screw trims the 125 mm extend stroke down to as little as 25 mm on site. The 12 mm bore delivers 56.5 N push and 42.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa (79.2 / 59.4 N at 0.7 MPa), with a theoretical maximum of 11.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The 125 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm standard maximum for bore 12, so it is a made-to-order build.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits slim fixtures and guarded assemblies. Because the -S magnet is fitted, CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be mounted for end-position sensing. As a rule of thumb, plan on roughly 34 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa - about 3 kg lifted vertically with a 2:1 margin. The current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X125; confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP series is DIN-standard.
