The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X125-10SB is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 125mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X125-10SB (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
This double acting compact cylinder, the AirTAC ACPJ12X125-10SB, trims its 125 mm extend stroke on site with a stop screw inside a 10 mm window, so the usable range is 115-125 mm. At 0.5 MPa the 12 mm bore pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa it reaches 79.2 N on the push side, with a theoretical ceiling of 11.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The 125 mm stroke is beyond the 50 mm standard maximum for bore 12, so it is a made-to-order build. Note this model is discontinued; the current-production replacement is ACEJ12X125.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it slots into narrow jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot. Because the S code is ordered, the magnet is fitted and CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be clamped on for end-of-stroke signals. The B code gives a male rod thread on the 6 mm rod, and the fixed TPU bumpers at both ends simply decelerate the piston at each end. For sizing, expect about 34 N of real work at 0.5 MPa, and plan on lifting roughly 2.9 kg vertically once you keep a 2:1 margin.

The stop screw only shortens the extend stroke; it is a mechanical end stop, not a mid-stroke lock, so the rod can still drift if air is lost. FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings bolt to the standard face, and the fitted -S magnet accepts CMSE / DMSE switches. Order ACEJ12X125 instead - it is the current drop-in for the same bore, stroke and force class, but confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping since the ACP is DIN-standard.
