About the Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X150-20
The ACPJ12X150-20 is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a stop screw trims the 150 mm stroke by up to 20 mm, giving a usable range of 130-150 mm on site. At 0.5 MPa the 12 mm bore pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 79.2 N push. As a rule of thumb, plan on roughly 34 N of real work at 0.5 MPa, which is about 60% of the rated push.
The 150 mm stroke is beyond the 50 mm standard maximum for this bore, so it is a made-to-order build - expect a longer lead time. The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into slim fixtures and guarding. Note that this model is discontinued: the current-production replacement is ACEJ12X150, and you should confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP was built to a DIN standard. In vertical use the rod lifts about 2.9 kg with a 2:1 margin (56.5 N at 0.5 MPa).

This version has no magnet (the -S code is optional) and a female M3x0.5 rod thread. For new designs, order the ACEJ12X150 instead.
