A double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke, the ACPJ12X150-50SB carries a 12 mm bore and a 150 mm made-to-order stroke (the standard maximum for this bore is 50 mm). Its -50 code gives a 50 mm stop-screw window, so the extend stroke can be trimmed anywhere between 100 and 150 mm on site. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 79.2 N push and 59.4 N pull, with a theoretical ceiling of 11.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The male-threaded 6 mm rod (B code) and M5x0.8 ports suit small clamping and positioning heads.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it slots into slim jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot. Because roughly 0.6 of the push force is a realistic working figure, plan on about 34 N of real work at 0.5 MPa - about 3.5 kgf - and expect around 2.9 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 margin. The -S magnet this model carries accepts CMSE / DMSE switches for end-of-stroke sensing.
