The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X175-10B is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 175mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X175-10B (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
This is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke, built on a short DIN-standard body with a hard-anodized aluminium barrel and an S45C hard-chrome piston rod. The 12 mm bore delivers 56.5 N push and 42.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 79.2 N push at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical peak of 11.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. Its short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into cramped fixtures and guarding where a full-length body cannot. Note that the 175 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm standard maximum for bore 12, so it is a made-to-order build.
The -10 code gives a 10 mm adjustment window: an external stop screw trims the extend stroke anywhere in a 165-175 mm range on site, shortening the stroke but never extending it past the ordered value. As a rule of thumb, plan on about 34 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa, which lifts roughly 1.7 kg vertically with a sensible margin. The fixed TPU bumper at both ends only decelerates the piston at the ends and never locks a load in place. This model is discontinued; the current-production replacement is ACEJ12X175, and buyers should confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP series follows the DIN standard.

This unit has the male rod thread (B code) and no magnet, so CMSE or DMSE switches cannot be used; order an -S variant if sensing is needed. FA/FB flange and LB foot mounts bolt to the standard face. For new designs, specify the ACEJ12X175 instead.
