About the Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X200-20SB
This ACPJ12X200-20SB is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: the -20 stop screw trims the 200 mm stroke by up to 20 mm on site, giving a usable range of 180-200 mm. The 12 mm bore delivers 56.5 N push and 42.4 N pull at 0.5 MPa (79.2 / 59.4 N at 0.7 MPa), which is roughly 34 N of practical working force at 0.5 MPa - enough to lift about 2.9 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The 200 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm standard maximum for this bore, so it is a non-standard, made-to-order build. A magnet is fitted under the -S code, so CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be mounted directly.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, making it a fit for slim gantries and guarded stations. It runs on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), 30-500 mm/s, with a hard-anodized aluminium body, S45C hard-chrome rod, male rod thread (B code) and fixed TPU bumpers at both ends.
