The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X35-30SB is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 35mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X35-30SB (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting and adjustable in stroke, the ACPJ12X35-30SB is a discontinued DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 12 mm bore and a 35 mm stroke that an external stop screw trims anywhere within a 30 mm window, giving a usable extend range of 5-35 mm. Air pushes the rod out with 56.5 N and pulls it back with 42.4 N at 0.5 MPa; at 0.7 MPa those figures rise to 79.2 N and 59.4 N. The hard-anodized aluminium body is an ISO 21287-class short build that saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body will not fit.
For sizing, plan on roughly 34 N of real work at 0.5 MPa (about 0.6 of the push rating), which is enough to lift about 2.9 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The S code on this model means the optional -S magnet is fitted, so CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be clamped straight onto the body for end-of-stroke signals. This model is discontinued: the current-production drop-in is the ACEJ12X35, same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP series was built to DIN.
