The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X70-75B is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 70mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X70-75B (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting and adjustable, the ACPJ12X70-75B is a discontinued DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 12 mm bore, a 70 mm made-to-order stroke (above the 50 mm standard limit for this bore) and a 75 mm adjustment window. A stop screw trims the extend stroke on site, so the usable range is 0-70 mm. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa those figures rise to 79.2 N and 59.4 N, with a theoretical 11.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The short ISO 21287-class body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it fits shallow jigs and tight guards.
The male rod thread (B code) takes an external knuckle directly, and the port is M5x0.8. Plan on roughly 34 N of real work at 0.5 MPa (about 60% of the rated push), which lifts about 2.8 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
