The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X75-30S is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 75mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X75-30S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
This ACPJ12X75-30S is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a stop screw trims the 75 mm stroke by up to 30 mm, giving a usable range of 45-75 mm. It is discontinued - the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X75, so confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping from the DIN-standard ACP footprint. At 0.5 MPa the 12 mm bore pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N, rising to 79.2 N at 0.7 MPa.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into slim fixtures and guarded cells. Plan on about 34 N (roughly 3 kg lifted vertically with a 2:1 margin) of real work rather than the full 56.5 N rating. The 75 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm standard maximum for this bore, so it is made to order. The -S code on this model carries the optional magnet, so CMSE / DMSE switches can be mounted for end-of-stroke signalling.

At 12 mm bore you get 56.5 N push at 0.5 MPa - enough for light clamping and part detection, but step up to the 16 mm bore (100.5 N) if the load is heavier, or downsize nothing smaller exists in this family. The 30 mm window suits jobs where the final position is tuned on the machine, not on paper. Remember the stop screw is a mechanical end stop for the extend stroke only: on air loss the piston still drifts, so add a separate locking solution if you must hold a load. FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings plus I/Y rod knuckles bolt to the ISO 21287 face. Order the ACEJ12X75 as the drop-in successor.
