The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X75-75B is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 75mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X75-75B (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
This ACPJ12X75-75B is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable stroke, built on a short DIN-standard body in hard-anodized aluminium with an S45C hard-chrome 6 mm rod. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa those rise to 79.2 N and 59.4 N, with a theoretical ceiling of 11.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. Its short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into cramped jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot.
The -75 code gives a 75 mm adjustment window: an external stop screw trims the extend stroke anywhere from 0 to 75 mm on site, so one cylinder covers several station positions. Note that the 75 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm standard maximum for a 12 mm bore, so this unit is made to order. As a rule of thumb, budget about 33.9 N (roughly 3.4 kg) of real work at 0.5 MPa rather than the full 56.5 N rating. This model is discontinued; the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X75, a drop-in successor in the same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard.

The 56.5 N push at 0.5 MPa is enough to kick light plastic or stamped parts off a nest, and the 0-75 mm adjustable window lets one cylinder serve multiple eject positions on the same fixture.

The short body, about 50% shorter in mounting length than an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, slips beside conveyor frames to stop or divert small cartons at 30-500 mm/s.
Choose this 12 mm bore when your clamp or eject force sits under about 33.9 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa; step up to the 16 mm bore (100.5 N push at 0.5 MPa) if the load is heavier, or stay at 12 mm to save space on light positioning tasks. The male rod thread (B code) suits knuckle and bracket attachments, and the PT port takes M5x0.8 fittings. If you need position sensing, order the -S variant - without it there is no magnet and no switch can be mounted. The mechanical stop only trims the extend stroke; it is not a mid-stroke lock, so the piston still drifts on air loss. For new designs, specify the ACEJ12X75 instead, as this ACPJ is discontinued.
