The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X80-20S is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 80mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X80-20S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACPJ12X80-20S is a double acting compact cylinder with an adjustable extend stroke: a stop screw trims the 80 mm stroke by up to 20 mm on site, giving a usable 60-80 mm range. Air works on both faces of the 12 mm piston, so at 0.5 MPa it pushes with 56.5 N and pulls with 42.4 N, rising to 79.2 N on the extend stroke at 0.7 MPa. The 80 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm maximum standard stroke for this bore, so it is a made-to-order build.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it slots into slim fixtures and guard panels. In practice, plan for about 34 N of real work at 0.5 MPa, which lifts roughly 2.8 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. This model carries the optional -S magnet, so CMSE or DMSE switches can be fitted for end-of-stroke sensing. Note that the ACPJ family is discontinued; the current drop-in is the ACEJ12X80, and buyers should confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard.

FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings bolt to the standard face, and this unit's -S magnet accepts CMSE / DMSE switches. For new designs, order the ACEJ12X80, the current-production replacement.
