The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ12X80-75 is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø12mm bore and 80mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X80-75 (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting and adjustable in stroke, the ACPJ12X80-75 is a DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 12 mm bore and an 80 mm stroke trimmed by a 75 mm stop-screw window, so the extend stroke can be set anywhere from 5 to 80 mm on site. Pushing 56.5 N and pulling 42.4 N at 0.5 MPa (rising to 79.2 N at 0.7 MPa), it runs on 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) at 30-500 mm/s with a fixed TPU bumper at each end. The 80 mm stroke exceeds the 50 mm maximum standard stroke for this bore, so it is a made-to-order build.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome rod saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits tight jigs and guarded stations. As a planning figure, treat roughly 34 N (about 60% of the push rating) as the usable output at 0.5 MPa, enough to lift about 2.9 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. Note this model is discontinued: the current-production drop-in is the ACEJ12X80, so confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping.

The 75 mm window makes sense when one cylinder must serve several product lengths on the same fixture; the stop shortens the extend stroke only and never holds a load on air loss. FA/FB flange and LB foot mountings bolt to the ISO 21287 face. No magnet is fitted on this code, so position switches cannot be used; order the -S version for CMSE / DMSE sensing. For new projects, specify the ACEJ12X80 instead.

This model is discontinued; the current-production replacement is the ACEJ12X80 in the same bore, stroke and force class.
