The AirTAC Airtac ACPJ Adjustable Compact Cylinder ACPJ16X100-100S is a double acting, adjustable stroke DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø16mm bore and 100mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACEJ16X100-100S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
Double acting and adjustable, the ACPJ16X100-100S is a discontinued DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 16 mm bore and a 100 mm stroke. The -100 code gives a 100 mm adjustment window: an external stop screw trims the extend stroke anywhere in a 0-100 mm range, so one cylinder can be tuned on the machine without changing parts. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 100.5 N and pulls 75.4 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 140.7 N push. The 100 mm stroke exceeds the 75 mm maximum standard stroke for this bore, so it is a made-to-order item. This model carries the optional -S magnet, so CMSE or DMSE reed and solid-state switches can be mounted for end-of-stroke sensing.
The short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it suits tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body will not fit. A rule of thumb: about 60 N of the 100.5 N push is realistic working force at 0.5 MPa, which lifts roughly 6 kg vertically - halve that to about 3 kg if you want a 2:1 margin for a real part weight. Note that the stop screw is a mechanical end stop, not a mid-stroke lock: on air loss the piston still drifts. Production has ended; the current drop-in is the ACEJ16X100 in the same bore, stroke and force class - confirm the ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP is DIN-standard.

Match the mounting to your fixture - FA/FB flange or LB foot bolt to the standard face - and remember the magnet here is the -S option this model already carries. The ACPJ16X100-100S is discontinued; order the ACEJ16X100 as the current replacement and verify ISO 21287 mounting dimensions first.
